GEMONIQ
The brief
GEMONIQ set out to make studio-quality marketing accessible to fast-growing brands. The challenge was structural: ambitious teams need a steady cadence of on-brand Meta creative, but the cost and lag of a full agency stack — brief writers, strategists, designers, editors, media buyers — make weekly iteration impossible for anyone outside the Fortune 500.
Our remit was to compress that stack into a single managed-service product without losing the editorial taste or accountability that a senior agency team brings.
A multi-agent system, not a prompt wrapper
The product is built around a coordinated team of specialized AI agents, each with a narrow role, a structured handoff schema, and a deterministic evaluation step. Nothing ships from one stage to the next without passing a typed contract and a quality gate.
- Brand-Voice agent — ingests the client's tone-of-voice document, past creative, and audience research; gates every line of copy against a learned brand profile.
- Strategist agent — translates business goals (acquisition, retention, retarget) into a weekly creative brief with hypothesis, hook, and intended audience segment.
- Art-Director agent — drives image generation, composition, and product placement; enforces palette, type, and layout tokens drawn from the client's design system.
- Copywriter agent — writes headlines, primary text, and CTA variants; produces 4–6 variants per brief for downstream A/B testing.
- Media-Buyer agent — packages finished creative into Meta-Ads-API-ready campaigns: audiences, placements, budget, schedule.
- Performance-Analyst agent — pulls campaign telemetry on a 24-hour loop, identifies winners and laggards, and feeds learnings back into next week's brief.
Agents communicate over a shared event bus with full audit logs, so every decision is traceable back to the brief that triggered it.
Human-in-the-loop, by design
Autonomy without oversight produces fluent-but-wrong creative. GEMONIQ ships every batch through a two-stage human review: an in-house marketer signs off on brand alignment, and the client's operator gives final approval inside the dashboard. Either reviewer can request a regenerate-with-feedback pass — the agents incorporate the note, and the rejection itself becomes training signal for the brand profile.
Meta-native: launch, learn, report
GEMONIQ is built directly on the Meta Marketing and Insights APIs, so a creative brief becomes a live campaign without a human ever leaving the dashboard. The integration is opinionated — it's tuned for the way performance teams actually run Meta, not a generic ad-platform wrapper.
- Campaign launch — the Media-Buyer agent assembles Advantage+ and manual placements, attaches creative variants to ad sets, configures audiences (custom, lookalike, broad), and pushes the entire campaign live through the Meta Marketing API with full validation against Meta's policy and structural rules.
- Insights ingestion — a polling worker pulls the full Insights surface on a 4-hour cadence: impressions, reach, frequency, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion volume by event, and attribution windows (1d-click, 7d-click, 1d-view). All metrics are joined back to the originating brief, agent, and creative variant.
- Creative-level attribution — because every asset is generated with structured metadata (hook, format, audience hypothesis, brand-voice variant), the platform can tell you which hook works on which audience, not just that "campaign 14 outperformed campaign 13."
- Guardrails and pacing — automated rules pause underperforming ad sets, shift budget to winners, and flag spend anomalies before they compound; every action is reversible and logged.
- Weekly plain-English report — a generated narrative explaining what happened, why it happened, and what the next brief will test — written so a founder can act on it in five minutes, with the underlying chart pack one click away.
What we shipped
We delivered the end-to-end product over a 12-week engagement:
- A complete brand system — logo, type, color, motion principles, and a tokenized design library used both by humans and by the Art-Director agent.
- A self-serve web platform where operators upload brand assets, configure campaigns, review queued creative, and approve or comment in a single click.
- The creative-generation pipeline itself — agent runtime, model orchestration, evaluation harness, and brand-conformance checks running as a continuous workflow.
- A Meta-native campaign dashboard with full Marketing/Insights API integration, A/B-test infrastructure, automated pacing rules, and a plain-English weekly performance report.
The result
GEMONIQ now ships polished creative on a weekly cadence, runs continuous A/B tests across hooks and formats, and reports performance back to operators in language a founder can act on. Partner brands have seen an average +340% ROAS lift, with creative throughput up roughly 20× compared to their prior agency baseline — at a fraction of the cost.
